(NDI) A message from The Director

New Dawn Initiative wishes to extend its gratitude to the fine young men and women who helped build and manage this ever growing organization. While the dawn is not over the horizon yet, we will prepare for when the day comes. Our future, and humanity's future, relies solely upon our knowledge and understanding of the unknown. With that knowledge, our goal is to exploit the uses that some may represent for the future, and contain those that are capable of causing great harm.
Surely not all anomalies we've encountered over the years have expressed dangerous properties. But they must remain in confinement. As such, any and all knowledge of their existence must remain incognito. We cannot expect humanity to react in accordance with the Initiative, especially when said reactions revert to a state of aggression, panic, fear and danger without understanding. In this day and age, humanity is highly susceptible to these states of behaviors.
Until the time is right, they are to remain ignorant of the unknown world and the dangers it represents. We are to cover any incidents that may occur and ensure the sanctity and safety of Initiative and human interests. Keep watch for the dawn.
