Containment Procedures: S-551 is to be kept in a containment cell. Personnel of Abrahamic faith are to attend to S-551 at least every Sunday. The same protocol follows for any day during Abrahamic holidays including lent, fasting, Christmas, Hanukah, Good Friday, Hijra, Passover, etc. 

Description: 

S-551 has multiple characteristics defining its appearance depending on personnel’s piousness and beliefs. The most common characteristics reported by members of every faith is that S-551 is a humanoid skull. Anthropologists have deduced from studying the materials from the skull, and the skull itself, that S-551 is over [REDACTED] years old. The genetic compound of the skull shows no records of any human or subspecies hominids that match it. S-551 is sentient and shows cognitive functions. Discovery and recovery of the object took place at 19XX when local reports detail a discovery and attack of a hidden multi-faith cult. The attack was orchestrated by Islamic terrorists who successfully executed every cultist inside, with an attempt to destroy S-551 as well. When the response team arrived, the terrorists were dead, possibly reduced to ash and soot by the anomaly.

For those of Abrahamic faith, S-551 has been described as a holy instrument that acts as a judge and a shepherd. S-551 speaks in old Latin, and despite not being versed in the language, individuals will admit that they understood the words S-551 speaks.

Observational studies show that S-551’s influence and effects on Abrahamic individuals are largely dependent on the nature of the anomaly as well as the mood of the anomaly. Those who seemingly skip Sundays or any holiday prayers will report feeling anxious, uneasy, and guilty, especially in the presence of S-551. Confessions will revert these unsettling effects. Generally, S-551 has a massive positive effect on Initiative personnel, dealing in their mood, trauma, stress, and reinforcement of faith and establishing peaceful relations among each other. Surprisingly enough, the anomaly has sowed an unintended detriment in the personnel behavior. The ethics, standards and treatment of other Class-3 Personnel, certain humanoid anomalies, anomalies of Abrahamic origins and the faith of agnostics, atheists and non-Abrahamic religious individuals. Despite this, there are no reported problems relating to cooperation among employees.

While S-551 is generally harmless, there are those who will more than likely incur its wraith. On several occasions, cause death. When testing a Class-3 personnel’s interaction with the object, S-551 proceeded to chant rapidly in an increasing loud tone and strike the Class-3 with a charge of lightning from the sockets of its eyes. The Class-3 was one known as [REDACTED], A.K.A. Class-3-2145, a death row inmate who was a notorious pedophile and child-murderer prior to his incarceration. S-551 has shown awareness of genuine guilt, despair, truths, but also lies, excuses and deceit when one is undergoing confession. If the sin committed is being masked as a justification, it no longer becomes a confession, and therefore, requires punishment. Severity of the punishments may vary. Usually the punishment is minor.

Addendum S-551-1:

Every Abrahamic literature and descriptive texts from the oldest to most recent works does not detail any floating skull passing judgement and blessings. Despite the age of the anomaly, its existence to the world is most likely a recent phenomenon.
